Minister for Education Norma Foley announced the initiative today, and we reckon the news will result in a lot of happy kids across the country.
Minister Foley appeared on a kid-friendly interview with Séamus the Dog which will be aired on RTÉ's After School Hub tomorrow, where she revealed that from now up until Christmas, teachers can decide when to give their class a day with no homework.
In the interview, she tells Séamus that because he asked nicely, she will issue a Homework Pass to every child and young person in Ireland, which they can use to have a night off from schoolwork without getting into trouble. Verder lezen...
